About the role

The Production Operator will work on three‑shift production lines in a pharmaceutical and cosmetics manufacturing environment. The role involves preparing, adjusting, cleaning equipment and work areas, as well as ensuring all process steps are correctly documented.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production lines in three shifts, including equipment preparation, adjustment and cleaning.
• Monitor, document and follow process steps in production documentation.
• Carry out control and sampling activities during manufacturing.
• Independently manage machines and production lines via control systems.
• Troubleshoot minor faults and coordinate with technical service for complex issues.
• Participate in planned maintenance and implement efficiency‑improvement measures.
• Support validation and qualification activities.
• Apply Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), occupational safety and internal procedures consistently.
• Collaborate with the production team and adapt work organization to process needs.
• Maintain discipline, follow assigned tasks and comply with internal regulations.

Required profile

• Secondary school diploma in electrotechnics, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, computer technology or related technical fields; chemical or pharmaceutical technicians with a technical inclination are also considered.
• Organised, responsible and detail‑oriented.
• Motivated to achieve goals and pursue continuous learning.
• Good communication skills and ability to work autonomously.
• Capable of coordinating multiple activities, managing time and working in a team.
• Ability to recognise potential hazards and act proactively.
