About the role

The company is looking for a Warehouse Operator to handle material flow in a high‑tech pharmaceutical warehouse. You will work on the shop floor, ensuring safe and efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of goods.

Key responsibilities

• Receive material physically and through the IT system according to defined procedures.
• Issue material to production lines or customers.
• Load and unload trucks following the scheduled order.
• Handle materials using an RF terminal.
• Ensure safe use of all equipment.

Required profile

• Secondary education (Srednja stručna sprema).
• Affinity for work in a high‑technology warehouse.
• Previous experience in similar roles is an advantage.
• Strong time‑management, flexibility and quick adaptation to change.
• Neat, accurate and precise work habits.
• Positive attitude, personal responsibility and proactive learning mindset.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic English spoken (B1) and basic computer literacy.
• Valid B‑category driving licence (forklift licence is a plus).
