About the role

We are seeking a motivated robotic welding operator (male/female) to join our team at TROMONT in Čaporice. The position involves operating, programming and maintaining robotic welding equipment to support our construction and industrial projects. The role requires a strong understanding of welding technology, ability to read technical documentation, and capability to quickly resolve minor issues to ensure continuous production.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise welding programs for robotic systems, ensuring efficient and high‑quality welds.
• Set and adjust welding parameters and robot configurations to match the specifications of each project.
• Design, prepare and adapt welding fixtures and tools to accommodate various workpiece geometries.
• Position and prepare workpieces accurately for robotic welding operations, ensuring proper alignment.
• Start, monitor and supervise robot performance during production, making real‑time adjustments as needed.
• Perform quality checks on welded joints in accordance with technical documentation, documenting any deviations.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions to correctly set up welding parameters.
• Troubleshoot minor interruptions and irregularities in robot operation to minimise downtime.
