About the role
Alcon is seeking an Office Manager to ensure smooth administrative and operational activities for its Zagreb office and the broader Central South East Europe region. You will act as the primary point of contact for facilities, workplace services, and office processes, supporting a safe and inclusive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate enterprise‑wide events, meetings, workshops, offsites and internal communications.
- Support culture‑building and inclusion initiatives across teams.
- Manage day‑to‑day office operations, vendor relationships and workplace services.
- Oversee office safety inspections, hazard reporting and building safety training.
- Assist with franchise‑wide initiatives, logistics, documentation and follow‑up.
- Provide backup support for commercial, operational and administrative activities as needed.
Required profile
- Relevant experience in administration, business support or office management.
- Strong organizational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- High level of integrity and action‑orientation.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office suite
