About the role

The company is expanding its product portfolio and seeks a diligent, organized, and proactive Chemical Compliance Officer. You will ensure that all chemical products meet regulatory, safety, and customer standards while supporting cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update, and implement safety‑technical sheets (STL) and safe‑handling instructions for chemicals.
• Monitor national and EU regulations affecting chemicals and advise on compliance.
• Propose and execute measures to align products with legal requirements, customer standards, and internal policies.
• Review and approve product declarations, labels, and technical documentation.
• Track product compliance timelines and update documentation before expiry.
• Prepare statistical reports for the industry and maintain customs‑related records.
• Collaborate with production, R&D, quality control, procurement, sales, and other departments.
• Communicate with regulatory authorities and external partners as needed.

Required profile

• University degree in biomedical, natural, biotechnical or technical sciences.
• At least 1 year of experience in chemical regulation or related field.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proactive, result‑oriented, and willing to continuously learn.

Required skills

• Proficient use of MS Office applications.
