About the role

We are looking for a reliable, responsible and independent individual to work the night shift at the reception of Marina Punat Hotel & Resort. The role involves welcoming guests, handling late arrivals and early departures, and ensuring the safety and smooth operation of the resort throughout the night.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with guests, register late check‑ins and early check‑outs.
• Resolve guest requests and unexpected situations during the night.
• Perform standard night‑reception procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of the resort, especially during winter when security staff are absent.
• Inspect common areas, entrances and critical parts of the property.
• Identify and report any faults or irregularities.
• Maintain a log of events and hand over information to the morning shift.

Required profile

• Responsible, calm and resourceful, with a strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to act independently and make decisions when needed.
• Good command of English.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Previous experience in reception or hospitality is an advantage.
