About the role
The hotel Matija Gubec is looking for a reliable night porter to ensure safe and orderly access to the premises during night shifts. You will be the first point of contact for guests and will help maintain a secure environment.
Key responsibilities
- Control entry and exit points of the hotel.
- Monitor behavior of persons inside and around the property.
- Maintain a visitor log.
- Supervise security systems and premises.
- Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency services.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a pleasant environment.
Required profile
- Polite and communicative attitude.
- Willingness to work night shifts and weekends.
- Calm reaction in crisis situations.
