Night Guest Service Officer (m/f)

About the role

The Night Guest Service Officer ensures a warm, professional welcome for late‑arriving guests and provides seamless front‑desk operations throughout the night at Hyatt Regency Zadar.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests arriving late and assist those needing help during night hours.
• Manage efficient check‑in and check‑out processes after hours.
• Oversee hotel security and conduct nightly inspection rounds.
• Respond to guest enquiries, complaints and find appropriate solutions.
• Handle billing, check‑out, and other administrative tasks during the night.
• Monitor room availability and reservations for the following day.
• Support the front‑office team and other departments as required.
• Ensure safety, compliance with hotel policies, and the well‑being of guests and staff.
• Prepare group arrivals and maintain department facilities and equipment.
• Assist with cost and revenue control and perform other reasonable tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality or customer‑service environments.
• Fluent in Croatian and English, both spoken and written.
• Professional, reliable demeanor with strong communication skills.
• Guest‑centric mindset and commitment to service excellence.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized and collaborate with a team.
• Flexibility, reliability and willingness to learn in a dynamic hotel setting.
• Neat, professional appearance in line with hotel standards.
