Network Engineer (m/ž)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Network Engineer to join our Core Network Engineering team in Zagreb. The role offers the chance to work on enterprise and data‑center projects, collaborating with experienced colleagues and gaining hands‑on experience with modern networking technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the implementation and maintenance of network infrastructure.
• Configure and administer networking equipment under the guidance of senior staff.
• Assist in diagnosing and resolving network incidents and contribute to incident analysis.
• Produce technical documentation for implemented solutions.
• Collaborate with ICT teams to deliver integrated ICT solutions.
• Monitor emerging networking technologies and continuously acquire new knowledge.

Required profile

• Work experience in computer networking or a strong interest in developing in this field.
• Completed studies in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics or a related technical discipline.
• Willingness to travel and work on international projects.
• Proactive attitude, strong analytical skills and a result‑oriented mindset.
• Team‑player with good English communication skills.

Required skills

• Fundamental knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, routing and switching.
• Basic familiarity with network equipment and network security technologies.
