.NET Engineer – HR Web Application

About the role

We are looking for an experienced .NET Engineer to join our Adriatics team in Zagreb and help evolve HRnet, our cloud‑based Human Resources web application. You will work on complex business logic, deliver new features and improve existing functionality in a collaborative, growth‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain .NET‑based components of HRnet, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Participate in large‑scale, long‑term projects within the SD Worx Croatia business unit.
• Design, code, test and deploy new features and future versions of the application.
• Propose and implement new technologies and architectural improvements.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional experience with .NET technologies (e.g..NET Core.NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API).
• Experience building web‑based business applications.
• Proactive, team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to learn new domains.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field is a plus.
