About the role

SEDRA consulting d.o.o. is looking for a motivated Supervising Engineer to carry out professional supervision on construction projects across Croatia. The role involves on‑site inspections, documentation management and regular coordination with clients and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct field visits and site inspections.
• Participate in the review of construction books and site situations.
• Handle administrative tasks and maintain site documentation.
• Review certification documents for construction materials.
• Attend regular coordination meetings.
• Manage correspondence and archive documents within the assigned scope.
• Maintain regular communication with clients (Naručitelji) and contractors (Izvođači).
• Maintain various records and logs.

Required profile

• University degree in civil engineering or a related construction field.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Willingness to operate in a dynamic environment.
• Team‑oriented mindset with high accuracy and speed.
• Systematic, precise, and strong communication and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite.
