Monter (m/ž)

About the role

The position involves performing assembly and installation tasks on energy equipment at the Karlovac service centre and occasionally on field sites in Croatia, Slovenia and Bosnia‑Herzegovina. Work can be carried out independently or as part of a team under the direction of supervisors.

Key responsibilities

• Execute assembly work on energy equipment according to technical documentation.
• Complete projects within the defined deadlines while maintaining required quality standards.
• Perform quality control checks and ensure completeness of work against technical specifications.
• Fill out protocols, control plans and activity reports.
• Operate transport means and prepare tools and equipment for the work site.
• Maintain the work diary and record keeping when acting as site manager.

Required profile

• Familiarity with tools, equipment, materials, products and related work processes.
• Understanding of the functionality of components used in energy equipment.
• Knowledge of the services offered by the company.
• Responsibility for the care of assigned tools and equipment.
• Completed training for operating transport means such as a forklift.
• Transparent communication, teamwork, independence, adaptability, innovativeness and strong organisational abilities.
