About the role

We are seeking a Junior Marketing Specialist to help plan and execute ATL, BTL and digital campaigns, maintain brand consistency and support CSR/ESG communication projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and run marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL and digital channels.
• Manage web and digital marketing activities, monitoring performance.
• Ensure visual identity compliance with brand standards.
• Organise marketing events, fairs and promotions.
• Track market trends and suggest improvements.
• Monitor project status, deadlines, risks and report on them.

Required profile

• Minimum university degree (VŠS).
• At least 1 year of experience in similar marketing tasks, including supplier/agency coordination and event organisation.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines with precision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, good English.
• Valid B‑category driving licence (advantage).

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office tools.
• Experience using Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with Meta advertising platforms.
• Ability to work with Canva for design creation.
