About the role

We are looking for a Junior Supply Chain Specialist to support the planning, procurement and distribution processes of our product portfolio. The role is based in Zagreb and works closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure a smooth flow of goods from suppliers to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in planning and coordination of purchasing, inventory and product distribution.
• Monitor stock levels and prepare proposals for timely ordering.
• Enter, process and update data in information systems and databases.
• Track order fulfillment from suppliers to final delivery to customers.
• Communicate and coordinate with suppliers, carriers, warehouses and internal departments.
• Assist in preparing reports, analyses and forecasts related to the supply chain.
• Ensure processes comply with internal procedures, regulations and quality requirements.
• Help prepare documentation related to procurement, storage, transport and distribution of products.
• Perform other tasks as instructed by the supervisor.

• Ability to follow internal procedures and quality standards.
• Strong coordination and communication with suppliers, carriers and internal departments.
