About the role

DOMUSplus is looking for a motivated Junior Sales Advisor to join its team in Zagreb. You will support the sales process for construction projects, from initial client inquiry through to project delivery, ensuring high service quality and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed construction cost estimates and calculations.
• Maintain active communication with clients, partners and investors.
• Organise and attend meetings, supporting investors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Guide clients from the first inquiry to the final implementation of their projects.
• Ensure a high level of service quality and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Higher education in construction, architecture or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of work experience (not mandatory).
• Strong communication and sales abilities.
• Basic understanding of construction processes and materials (advantage).
• Organised, responsible and proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or ArchiCAD (advantage).
• Active English language skills; German is a plus.
