Mechanical Assembler (m/f/d)

About the role

PIA Automation Croatia is looking for a Mechanical Assembler to join its production line team in the automotive sector. You will work independently with checklists and testing plans, while also collaborating closely with the Mechanical Design department.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble production lines for automotive customers according to technical drawings and specifications.
• Follow checklists, testing plans and assembly books to ensure quality and safety.
• Participate in project assembly and commissioning both in Croatia and abroad.
• Support technical improvements and cooperate with the Mechanical Design department.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and commitment to high‑quality work.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel.
• Fluent Croatian and good English (German is a plus).

Required skills

• Mechanical assembly expertise.
• Experience assembling pneumatic systems.
• Basic electrical assembly knowledge.
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems.
• Familiarity with EPLAN and sensor technology.
