Marketing Supervisor – Croatian Localization

About the role

We are seeking a native Croatian speaker to lead localisation efforts for our consumer‑facing marketing assets in Croatia. The role will ensure that all Croatian‑language materials reflect Disney’s brand standards while resonating culturally with the local market.

Key responsibilities

• Review, validate and quality‑check Croatian localisation across key consumer touchpoints.
• Ensure linguistic accuracy, consistent tone of voice and cultural relevance of all Croatian‑language materials.
• Serve as the main point of contact for Croatian localisation topics.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, content, product, commercial and operations teams.
• Coordinate with external agencies, localisation vendors and partners to guarantee timely, high‑quality delivery.
• Support project management activities, timelines, feedback loops and delivery of localisation workstreams.
• Identify quality issues, inconsistencies or market sensitivities and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Native Croatian speaker with fluent English.
• 3–5 years of experience in localisation, marketing, copywriting or related fields.
• Strong writing, editing and copywriting skills in Croatian.
• Excellent attention to detail and a quality‑focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, workflows and deadlines.
• Experience working with agencies, vendors or localisation partners is a plus.
