Marketing Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Specialist to lead our social media presence across multiple platforms. You will create engaging content, analyse performance data, and drive innovative campaigns that boost brand awareness and generate profit.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, create and schedule content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other channels.
• Analyse social media metrics, produce evaluation reports and recommend optimisation actions.
• Design out‑of‑the‑box campaigns that increase engagement and revenue.
• Write and edit copy for marketing initiatives tailored to each platform.
• Suggest and implement new features to enhance brand visibility and communication.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, trends and opportunities in social media.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or social media management.
• Fluent in English and Croatian and/or Slovenian; knowledge of Bosnian or Serbian is a plus.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong copywriting and editing skills adapted to each platform.
• Data‑driven mindset combined with customer empathy.
• Creative thinking and a drive for new ideas.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop (Adobe Creative Cloud) – optional but preferred.
