Marketing Specialist – Land-Based Operations

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Specialist to support our land‑based clubs across Croatia. You will ensure the visual identity of each club aligns with the OlyBet brand standards while driving local promotional activities and events.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing actions for automated clubs throughout Croatia.
• Maintain club appearance and visual identity according to brand guidelines.
• Organise and coordinate promotional activities and in‑club events.
• Support external sports and entertainment events.
• Design and run local promotions, contests and campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with design teams, agencies and suppliers.
• Track activities, prepare reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.

Required profile

• Systematic work approach with strong reporting and documentation skills.
• Experience in marketing, event organisation or related fields (preferred).
• Willingness to travel frequently within Croatia.
• Analytical mindset able to draw conclusions from data and suggest improvements.
• Good visual sense and attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational abilities and multitasking capability.
• Self‑starter attitude, initiative and strong team spirit.

• Advanced use of Microsoft Word.
