Marketing Coordinator – Digital & Sponsorship (SCE & Malta)

About the role

The Marketing Coordinator – SCE & Malta will support the daily operations of the Marketing Department, focusing on digital marketing, social media, and sponsorship programmes. You will manage online communities, coordinate campaigns, and ensure promotional materials are localised and delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Lead digital marketing and sponsorship initiatives across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Plan, coordinate and execute digital advertising campaigns and monitor performance.
• Manage social media channels, create content, and foster community engagement.
• Collaborate with Member Services, Logistics, Sales, and EMEA Marketing teams to align campaigns and weekly communications.
• Prepare and update marketing tools such as flyers, ExactTarget assets and web pages.
• Coordinate translation and distribution of regional marketing materials.
• Provide administrative and back‑office support to ensure smooth departmental operations.
• Monitor user engagement metrics and propose optimisation strategies.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising or social media.
• University degree; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and traffic metrics.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and problem‑solving skills.
• Self‑motivated, reliable and able to work under pressure.
