Marketing Assistant (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

There is Talent is looking for a hands-on Marketing Assistant to work remotely from Latin America, on a full-time basis aligned with U.S. business hours. The role is execution-focused: you will help create and publish content, prepare the newsletter, support partnership outreach and assist with other day-to-day digital marketing tasks. You will work on priorities set by management and report on your progress, and you will not be responsible for managing the marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Research, draft, edit and publish content for LinkedIn, YouTube and other channels; repurpose podcasts, interviews, videos, blogs and internal ideas; use AI tools to support research, outlining, drafting and editing, then review the output for accuracy, clarity and brand consistency.
• Maintain a practical content calendar and keep production on schedule.
• Prepare social media assets such as short-form videos, clips, images and carousels, or coordinate their production.
• Support the YouTube channel with videos, Shorts, titles, descriptions and thumbnails.
• Plan, write, edit and send newsletters, track basic performance (opens, clicks, engagement) and suggest improvements.
• Research entrepreneur groups, business communities, associations and podcasts, contact potential partners with personalized messages, follow up and help coordinate guest contributions, interviews, referrals and co-marketing.
• Assist with social media scheduling, website updates, basic SEO, campaign coordination and general digital marketing tasks as priorities change.

Required profile

• Strong writing and editing skills, ideally with examples of your work.
• Experience creating content for digital channels, especially LinkedIn, video or email.
• Confidence using AI tools for content work, with the judgment to check and improve their output.
• Experience with newsletters, email marketing or partnership outreach.
• Organized, reliable, able to manage deadlines and follow-ups, and comfortable taking direction and reporting progress.
