About the role

We are looking for an experienced waterproofing master to join our team in Zagreb. You will work on flat and sloped roofs, terraces, balconies and foundations, ensuring reliable hydro‑insulation and thermal protection.

Key responsibilities

• Execute waterproofing works on roofs, terraces, balconies and foundations.
• Install and weld TPO and PVC waterproofing membranes.
• Prepare substrates and correctly execute waterproofing details.
• Carry out thermal insulation of roofs and other building parts.
• Treat penetrations, joints, drains, parapets, expansion joints and other characteristic details.
• Work according to technical documentation and industry standards.
• Control quality of performed works and ensure proper material application.
• Handle tools, equipment and materials responsibly.
• Collaborate with other members of the construction team on site.

Required profile

• Proven experience on construction sites and ability to organize work independently.
• Willingness to work on‑site.
• Team spirit and reliability.

Required skills

• Installation of TPO waterproofing membranes.
• Installation of PVC waterproofing membranes.
• Welding of waterproofing membranes.
• Substrate preparation for hydro‑insulation.
• Thermal insulation installation.
