About the role

The Leasing Advisor Administrator supports UniCredit Leasing Croatia’s sales team by handling client communications, providing administrative assistance, and ensuring smooth transaction processing. The role combines client-facing advisory duties with detailed contract and documentation management.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients, suppliers, business partners and internal departments.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team.
• Advise clients and actively monitor leasing transactions.
• Control and verify contractual documentation.
• Handle client inquiries and requests while maintaining high service quality.

Required profile

• Higher education (VI or VII level) – undergraduate or graduate studies.
• At least 1 year of experience in administrative or client‑support roles, preferably in leasing or finance.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• High attention to detail, responsibility and precision.
• Excellent proficiency with MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
