Language Specialist & Content Editor

About the role

We are seeking a highly proficient English language specialist to join our digital content and magazine team. The role is versatile and independent, allowing you to own your editorial segment and work across three industry platforms: Transformer Technology, Power Systems Technology, and Women in Power Systems.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure language accuracy, consistency, and strong stylistic expression across websites, magazines, digital articles, social media, newsletters and other content.
• Organise and manage editorial priorities, deadlines and daily coordination with authors, contributors, clients and graphic designers.
• Research industry topics, contribute to editorial content development and occasionally write your own articles.
• Edit and proofread articles, create promotional and marketing copy, and support campaign creation.
• Upload, format and publish content using a CMS, and assist with newsletters and email communications.
• Identify opportunities to improve content, processes and communication.

Required profile

• Proficient English (C1/C2) with strong written and spoken skills.
• Experience in language and content editing, proofreading and strong organisational abilities.
• Proactive mindset, ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent research skills and curiosity for new topics.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Required skills

• CMS usage, preferably Joomla or WordPress.
