About the role
We are looking for a motivated Cook (m/f) to join our kitchen team in Zagreb. The successful candidate will work independently to prepare dishes, ensure quality and maintain high standards of service.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare food independently according to recipes and standards.
- Control the quality of prepared dishes and ensure consistent presentation.
- Increase service level by improving preparation techniques and plate presentation.
- Apply HACCP principles and maintain food safety.
- Uphold hygiene and quality standards throughout the kitchen.
Required profile
- Minimum three years of experience in a similar culinary position.
- Familiarity with current culinary trends and various types of cuisine.
- Responsible, organized and capable of planning work.
- Team‑oriented attitude.
- Foreign language knowledge and basic computer skills are a plus but not mandatory.
Required skills
- HACCP system knowledge.
- Food safety and hygiene standards.
- Proficiency in diverse culinary techniques.
