About the role

We are looking for a motivated cook to join our kitchen team in Zagreb. The role involves preparing meals for the canteen, à la carte service and banquets, while ensuring high standards of food quality and hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the shift you work, including equipment, work completion, kitchen control and food quality.
• Monitor stock of ingredients and coordinate preparation for the next day with the head chef and deputy.
• Prepare meals for the canteen, à la carte dishes and banquet events.
• Handle removal of food items for à la carte service and banquets as required.
• Clean and disinfect refrigerators and work surfaces.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a cook in a restaurant and/or hotel.
• Team‑player attitude with a practical approach to work.
