Kuhar (brunch) – Karlovac

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Cook to join our brunch team in Karlovac. You will work in a modern, fully equipped kitchen, preparing a standardized brunch menu and ensuring high quality and presentation of every dish.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare brunch items such as eggs, brioche toast sandwiches, salads, and sweets according to the set menu.
• Check quality and presentation of dishes before service.
• Order and receive food supplies, monitor stock levels and expiry dates.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area in line with HACCP standards.
• Contribute to the development of new dishes and seasonal offers.

Required profile

• Experience in a kitchen (brunch, bistro or similar concept) is a plus but not mandatory for motivated candidates.
• Basic knowledge of HACCP and hygiene standards.
• Neat, fast, and precise work style.
• Ability to work independently and stay well organized in a small team.
• Positive attitude, team spirit and willingness to learn.
• Availability for morning shifts (08:00‑16:00).
