About the role

We are looking for a Resource Coordinator to manage inventory, materials and equipment for our projects in Zagreb. The role involves overseeing receipt, storage, issue and dispatch of goods, as well as maintaining accurate records in our business applications.

Key responsibilities

• Record, monitor and control stock, goods and materials on project sites.
• Organise receipt, storage, issue and dispatch of materials.
• Prepare delivery notes, shipping documents and packing lists, keeping data up‑to‑date.
• Assign and retrieve tools, machinery, small inventory and personal protective equipment.
• Conduct incoming and quantity checks, verify condition of materials, tools and machinery.
• Carry out regular inventories and coordinate with central warehouse and tool‑management team.
• Maintain tools, machinery and storage space; coordinate service, repairs and testing.
• Report regularly on stock levels, equipment status and raise issues or propose write‑offs.

Required profile

• Technical secondary or higher education.
• Preferably at least three years of experience in similar roles.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; knowledge of German or another language is a plus.
• Valid category B driving licence; forklift licence is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong communication, organisational and teamwork skills.
• Motivated, diligent and eager to learn.

Required skills

• Advanced use of MS Office applications.
