About the role

The Store Operations Coordinator will provide administrative and organisational support to the sales department and act as the main communication link between our retail outlets and the head office. You will ensure timely handling of store inquiries and maintain accurate information flow across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Administrative and organisational support to the sales department.
• Continuous communication with stores and timely resolution of their queries.
• Coordination of information between the central office and retail locations.
• Ongoing liaison with central departments in Germany.
• Ensuring accuracy and reliability in all processes.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary school education (SSS).
• Very good spoken and written German and Croatian.
• Knowledge of Slovene is an advantage.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• High level of responsibility and result orientation.
• Independent, proactive and dynamic attitude.

Required skills

• Advanced use of the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for daily tasks.
