About the role

We are looking for an organized, responsible and proactive Coordinator of Assembly and Service to manage our installation and service activities from planning teams and resources to on‑site execution. The role is based in our Zagreb office and involves close collaboration with production, sales and field teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily and weekly assembly and service tasks.
• Create schedules for assembly teams and allocate required resources.
• Ensure project readiness before field deployment – materials, documentation, vehicles, equipment and logistics.
• Synchronise activities with production and sales departments.
• Maintain daily communication with field assembly teams.
• Monitor progress of assembly and service orders.
• Identify potential issues early and coordinate their resolution.
• Administer assembly and service orders in the ERP system and keep statuses up‑to‑date.
• Record completed work and generate necessary reports.
• Analyse efficiency of execution and propose improvements in work organisation and resource use.

Required profile

• Technical secondary school diploma.
• Minimum 3 years experience in assembling advertising, signage or similar technical products.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and documentation.
• Strong organisational skills and clear, timely communication with on‑site teams.
• Responsible, reliable and proactive work attitude.
• Basic knowledge of the MS Office suite.
• Valid Category B driver’s licence.
