About the role

The company is looking for a motivated Commercialist to support its administrative and office functions. You will work on preparing tender documentation, cost estimates, and maintaining accurate records for construction sites.

Key responsibilities

• Perform administrative and office tasks on a daily basis.
• Prepare documentation for tenders and bidding processes.
• Develop and refine cost estimates and bill of quantities.
• Document all processes and archive construction site paperwork.
• Handle orders, emails, and internal communications.
• Create and process offers, letters, and other related documents.

Required profile

• Secondary education in administration, economics, commercial studies, or a high school diploma.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities, with a team‑oriented mindset.
• Responsible, independent, and tidy work habits.
• Proficiency with computers and the MS Office suite.
• Serious and reliable approach to work.
• Valid category B driving licence.
• No prior work experience required.
