About the role

You will be a vital link in the Sales department, responsible for commercial activities related to offering, contracting and executing projects in accordance with applicable legal regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare shipping, customs and documentary credit documents for road, rail, sea and air transport in line with contractual obligations.
• Issue commercial payment calls, invoices and approvals/charges.
• Secure guarantees for bid seriousness, contract performance, advances and warranty periods.
• Monitor customer payments and follow‑up collections.
• Report to state institutions (Intrastat, Environmental Fund, Customs Administration).
• Control contract entry in the INFOR XA system.
• Provide commercial support during tender and contract phases.
• Stay up‑to‑date with relevant laws and regulations.

Required profile

• Organised, responsible and team‑oriented individual.
• University degree (BSc/MSc) in Economics or a related field.
• Active knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work independently with MS Office tools.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
