About the role

ADRIA‑PLIN is looking for an experienced Commercial Sales Representative to lead and expand gas sales activities in the Split‑Dalmatia region. The role focuses on both retail and wholesale segments, requiring proactive market development and strong customer relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop sales in retail and wholesale gas markets.
• Actively acquire new business customers.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
• Visit customers to assess needs and provide support.
• Prepare commercial offers and negotiate contract terms.
• Monitor sales performance, pricing, market trends, and competition.
• Target HoReCa, retail stores, corporate users and other key segments.
• Coordinate with logistics and other departments to ensure smooth delivery.
• Track contract execution and sales results.
• Report regularly on sales activities, customer insights and new opportunities.

Required profile

• Previous experience in gas sales or related commercial roles.
• Knowledge of retail and wholesale market dynamics.
• Strong communication, negotiation and sales abilities.
• Self‑driven, responsible and well‑organized.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on results.
• Ability to build long‑term customer relationships.
• Valid B‑category driving licence.
