About the role

The company is looking for a responsible, organized and proactive individual to act as the link between procurement, sales, suppliers and customers. You will manage the full commercial cycle, from ordering goods to delivering them to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and place timely orders based on sales forecasts and inventory levels.
• Maintain business correspondence with domestic and foreign suppliers.
• Sell products and communicate with existing and potential customers.
• Prepare, send and track offers, monitoring order fulfillment.
• Organise transport, deliveries and related documentation.
• Monitor delivery deadlines and coordinate between suppliers, customers and internal teams.
• Resolve daily operational issues related to procurement and sales.
• Maintain and update data required for smooth commercial processes.

Required profile

• Strong communication, negotiation and organisational abilities.
• High sense of responsibility, thoroughness and reliability.
• Independent, proactive problem‑solver who works well in a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new knowledge.
• Excellent command of English, especially for business correspondence.
• Minimum three years of experience in a similar role.

Required skills

• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Familiarity with the Pantheon system (advantageous).
