Knjigovođa (m/ž) – entry level accounting role

About the role

We are looking for a motivated individual who wants to turn basic accounting knowledge into solid, independent expertise. This position offers a supportive environment where you can learn, grow, and build a long‑term career in accounting.

Key responsibilities

• Record business transactions in financial accounting.
• Maintain fixed‑asset registers.
• Reconcile customer and supplier ledgers.
• Participate in VAT and payroll calculations.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports.
• Gradually take on more complex and autonomous accounting tasks.
• Contribute to the digitalisation and improvement of work processes.

Required profile

• Understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• Precise, responsible and organised, meeting agreed deadlines.
• Eager to learn, ask questions and develop professionally.
• Comfortable working with Excel.
• Economic or accounting education is a plus, but not mandatory.
