Key Account Manager - FMCG

About the role

P&G is looking for an ambitious Key Account Manager in Zagreb to work for one of the world's biggest FMCG companies and help drive positive sales growth. You will work across well-known brands such as Ariel, Gillette, Pantene, Pampers and Oral-B.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the customer business independently
• Negotiate the contract between the customer and P&G
• Develop the customer's business plans and objectives
• Use analytics and shopper insights to grow categories at the customer
• Work with internal stakeholders from multifunctional teams to meet key sales objectives
• Build collaborative relationships with internal and external partners

Required profile

• Account management experience with leading retailers, or FMCG buying experience for a leading retailer
• Proven track record of delivering results and exceeding targets
• Understanding of the Croatian market and its retail landscape
• Valid driver's licence (active driver)
• Fluent English and Croatian, written and spoken

Required skills

• Negotiation experience and knowledge of negotiation techniques
• Experience managing and improving sales forecast and trade fund budgets
• Analytical thinking and communication skills, with the ability to influence others
