About the role

MAR d.o.o. is looking for a motivated Kalkulant (Cost Estimator) to join its dynamic construction team in Zagreb. You will be responsible for preparing accurate cost calculations for bids, managing supplier offers, and supporting public tender processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost calculations for project offers and standardize line items.
• Generate cost extracts for subcontracted work.
• Collect and evaluate supplier quotations.
• Coordinate calculation approvals, compile tender cost sheets, and authorize offers.
• Monitor public tenders and prepare required tender documentation.
• Identify, extract, and disseminate information about relevant public tenders.

Required profile

• Completed secondary or higher education in construction engineering.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with MS Office applications.
