About the role

The Construction Cost Estimator will be responsible for preparing price analyses, cost calculations and tender documentation for building projects. The role supports the procurement process, collaborates with legal and technical teams, and ensures accurate cost control throughout project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare price analyses for construction works according to current norms and price lists.
• Gather and organize documentation required for tender submissions, including public procurement procedures.
• Analyze, adapt, and calculate offer cost breakdowns, verifying quantities.
• Formulate and assess bid prices based on calculations and received offers.
• Prepare supporting documents for contract signing and cooperate with the legal department.
• Visit construction sites to gather data for accurate cost estimation.
• Develop bids for construction works based on cost calculations and subcontractor offers.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction sector.
• High motivation, reliability, strong communication, teamwork, and precision.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
