Junior/Mid R&D Mechatronics Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior or Mid‑level R&D Mechatronics Engineer to join our robotics R&D team in Zagreb. You will contribute to the development of innovative hardware and software solutions for autonomous and semi‑autonomous robotic platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design new hardware and software components for our robotics products.
• Integrate a wide range of subsystems into cohesive solutions.
• Develop new products while upholding high professional standards.
• Participate in creating testing procedures and validation plans.
• Take part in prototype design and iterative development.

Required profile

• MSc or BSc in Mechatronics or a related field.
• 0–3 years of industry experience.
• Experience with MATLAB and Simulink for model‑based design.
• Practical knowledge of designing and tuning closed‑loop controllers.
• Understanding of mechatronic component principles in the EV automotive domain.
