Junior System Administrator

About the role

Nanobit, a Zagreb‑based mobile entertainment studio, is looking for a Junior System Administrator to keep the team’s devices and services running smoothly and securely.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and configure Windows, macOS and Linux operating systems.
• Manage devices and security policies via JumpCloud (MDM, encryption, updates, compliance).
• Handle user accounts, access and licences in JumpCloud, Google Workspace and Active Directory.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including equipment preparation and access provisioning.
• Track IT assets and licences, provide hands‑on support, and monitor the office network (LAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN).
• Improve security through identity and access management, MFA, backups and security awareness.
• Write and update internal documentation and explore new tools, including AI‑powered solutions.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a System Administrator or similar IT role.
• Proactive, service‑oriented attitude with clear communication.
• Fluent English.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Windows and macOS (Linux a plus).
• Experience with Active Directory and Google Workspace.
• Understanding of networking basics and security best practices.
• Familiarity with JumpCloud or a similar MDM/IAM tool.
