Junior Integration Developer

About the role

As a Junior Integration Developer you will help build and support automations, orchestrations, and data products that enable our clients’ systems, people, and AI agents to work together seamlessly. You will join a remote team that collaborates with Project Managers and Architects on real client projects from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Write, test, and document integration code according to project specifications.
• Collaborate with senior developers, architects, and subject‑matter experts to clarify requirements and resolve technical challenges.
• Deliver assigned tasks on time, communicating progress and asking for help when needed.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of integration solutions.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with a strong analytical mindset.
• Curiosity about modern enterprise technologies and a willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying aligned with a distributed team.

Required skills

• Experience or familiarity with integration platforms such as Workato.
• Knowledge of data platforms like Snowflake and Databricks.
• Understanding of enterprise applications such as Workday.
• Ability to work with APIs and AI/LLM tooling, including agent frameworks.
