Junior Customer Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Zagreb. You will act as the first point of contact for clients in assigned markets, ensuring smooth order processing and high‑level service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide ongoing customer support via phone and e‑mail.
• Enter and track orders in the SAP system until loading.
• Resolve client complaints and coordinate with logistics operators and transport companies.
• Assist in implementing budget targets, KPIs, sales initiatives and new product launches.
• Prepare commercial documentation and participate in meetings, negotiations and trade fairs.
• Visit customers in the assigned market and communicate receivable status.
• Collaborate with internal departments to guarantee comprehensive customer support.
• Support marketing activities and perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Experience in sales support or customer service.
• Customer‑oriented attitude with strong communication skills.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
• Good interpersonal skills and a valid driver’s license.

Required skills

• SAP order‑entry system.
• Microsoft Excel.
