Java Web Engineer (Mid / Senior)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Java Web Engineer to join our growing tech team. You will work on complete SaaS solutions for the automotive and mobility sectors, contributing to the full development lifecycle of products such as fueling, e‑charging, truck, parking, and payment systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Java (Kotlin) applications using Spring Boot.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and ship new features across multiple mobility domains.
• Participate in the entire software lifecycle: planning, development, deployment, maintenance, and documentation.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Mid‑to‑Senior level experience with Java and Spring Boot (seasoned .NET developers are also welcome).
• Strong knowledge of SQL, PostgreSQL and ORM tools such as Hibernate.
• Experience designing REST services and microservice architectures.
• Proficiency in HTML & CSS and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Croatian, with legal residency in Croatia.
• Independent learner, strong team player, and mentor for junior colleagues (for senior candidates).
