About the role

We are looking for an experienced chef who thrives in a fine‑dining environment but prefers a balanced, predictable work rhythm. The position is based in Croatia’s only employee‑only fine‑dining restaurant, offering high‑level culinary standards without evening or weekend service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and plate dishes following fine‑dining techniques, balance, and presentation standards.
• Maintain consistency and precision in daily menu execution.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during weekday service.
• Adhere to established recipes and quality controls.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a professional kitchen (restaurant, hotel or catering).
• Understanding of fine‑dining rhythm and a conscious choice for a sustainable work model.
• High sense of responsibility, precision, and discipline.
• Willingness to follow clear standards and continuously improve.
• Team‑oriented attitude without the need to prove oneself through ego.
