About the role

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer (m/f) to join our team in Rijeka and oversee the execution of mechanical installations on construction sites. The role involves close collaboration with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and supervise construction site activities related to mechanical works.
• Coordinate with owners, subcontractors and other project participants.
• Prepare technical documentation required for site execution.
• Monitor project costs and ensure financial targets are met.
• Order and manage the supply of necessary materials.
• Maintain the construction diary, compile the construction book and generate progress reports.
• Hand over completed mechanical installations to the investor.

Required profile

• Relevant engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in construction site environments is preferred.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage documentation.
