About the role

Join the quality department of SIBO CRO in Novi Marof as a Quality Engineer. You will play a key part in maintaining and improving product quality, supporting both internal processes and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance activities across production.
• Investigate and resolve non‑conformities and customer complaints.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on quality concepts.
• Maintain communication with customers regarding quality issues.
• Lead customer audits and perform internal audits according to ISO 9001, ISO 15378 and ISO 13485.
• Issue ISCC+ certificates.

Required profile

• Strong orientation toward quality and continuous improvement.
• Critical thinking, problem‑solving and adaptability.
• Organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Proactive attitude with good communication abilities.
• Technical, food, medical or related engineering education.

Required skills

• Proficiency with quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, 8D, 5 WHY and Fishbone analysis.
• Ability to work with a personal computer.
