About the role

The company is looking for a qualified Construction Site Engineer to lead and organise low‑grade civil works in Zagreb. You will be responsible for coordinating all on‑site activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, deadlines and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and organise construction activities in the low‑grade civil works sector.
• Coordinate workers, subcontractors, suppliers and other project participants.
• Monitor execution against project plans, contractual deadlines, cost estimates and industry standards.
• Control the quality and quantity of completed works.
• Maintain site documentation and the construction logbook.
• Organise and track the dynamics of work progress.
• Collaborate with investors, supervising engineers, designers and other stakeholders.
• Ensure occupational health, safety and environmental protection measures are applied.
• Monitor consumption of materials, equipment and labour.
• Participate in cost calculations, preparation of reports and project cost tracking.
• Resolve operational and technical issues on the construction site.

Required profile

• Passed professional exam or membership in the Croatian Chamber of Civil Engineers (HKIG).
• Possession of a site engineer stamp and identification card.
