About the role

The company is looking for a motivated Construction Site Engineer to join the team in Zagreb. This is an entry‑level position designed for recent graduates who are eager to start a career in the construction sector.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and managing on‑site processes, including supervision of workers and monitoring work quality and quantity.
• Communicate with all participants in the construction process.
• Maintain complete site documentation from project start to technical review, ensuring compliance with contract documents.
• Manage the electronic daily log (e‑diary).

Required profile

• Completed degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from a recognised university.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
