About the role
The company is seeking a qualified Construction Engineer to lead and organise construction sites within the Sisak-Moslavina County. The role involves overseeing daily site activities, ensuring compliance with plans, budgets and quality standards, and acting as the main point of contact for investors, suppliers and subcontractors.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and organise construction sites in the Sisak-Moslavina region.
- Manage the on‑site team and coordinate their activities.
- Control work quality, monitor schedule adherence and track costs.
- Collaborate with investors, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Report site status and progress to superiors.
- Maintain the construction log and daily diary.
Required profile
- Qualified civil or construction engineer (m/f).
- Experience in managing construction sites and teams.
- Strong organisational and communication abilities.
