About the role

The client is looking for a qualified civil engineer (male/female) to independently lead high‑rise construction sites in Istria. The role involves full‑cycle project management, from planning through execution, ensuring that timelines, quality standards and budgets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the construction site through all phases, coordinating planning, implementation and monitoring.
• Organise and control work execution regarding deadlines, quality and costs, managing both internal resources and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and on‑site teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain the electronic construction diary and compile the official construction book.
• Calculate and verify subcontractor invoices.

Required profile

• Completed secondary school (VSS) or higher education (VŠS) in civil engineering.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience in construction site management.
• Proven ability to work independently and organise site activities.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and self‑reliance.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of digital construction tools (specific software not listed).
